What we collect

Website visitors: anonymous page-view events (page, country, referrer; no ad trackers, no fingerprinting) and, if you arrive via a partner link, a referral cookie for 90 days so the partner is credited. Demo requests collect the phone number and website you enter, used solely to place the one demo call you asked for.

Customers: your account details (name, email, phone, business info), billing handled by Stripe (we never see your card number), and the call/message data your agent processes to do its job: transcripts, caller numbers, and bookings. Call audio is processed for transcription and not stored by us in v1; transcripts are stored so you can review your agent's work.

Your callers: the agent announces it is an AI assistant. Caller details (name, phone, address, job) are collected to create the booking your caller requested and are shared only with the business they called.

How we use it

To provide the service, improve agent reliability (transcript review), bill you, and pay partners. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors that make the product work: Stripe (payments), Twilio (telephony/SMS/WhatsApp), Microsoft Azure (AI processing and hosting), and Cloudflare (network).

Your rights

Email hello@ansovo.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data. EU/UK visitors: our lawful bases are contract (service delivery) and legitimate interest (product analytics); you may complain to your supervisory authority. We honour deletion requests within 30 days.

We use one functional cookie (and a referral cookie if you followed a partner link). No ad trackers. Details
