Ansovo provides an AI receptionist that answers calls and messages for your business and books appointments. You authorise us to answer communications directed to your Ansovo number and to send SMS confirmations on your behalf.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A valid card is required; your first charge occurs when the trial ends. We remind you by SMS three days before. Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancelling before the trial ends means you pay nothing; cancelling later takes effect at the end of the billing period. Provide accurate business information (the agent answers based on it); comply with call-recording and telemarketing laws in your jurisdiction; do not use the service for unlawful purposes. You control your line via carrier forwarding and can disable it at any time.
The agent is an AI: it is engineered not to invent prices or appointments and to escalate emergencies to you immediately, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every call is handled perfectly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim. The service is not a substitute for emergency services; callers in danger are directed to appropriate action.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment. We'll notify you of material changes to these terms by email 14 days in advance. Questions: hello@ansovo.com.
